To submit your Enrollment Form, click the green links, print the form, fill it out and mail it with the registration check to the address on the form.
You must submit the Waiver of Liability included in your Enrollment Form.
If classes fill up your Registration Fee will be returned and you can request to be put on the waiting list.
Please register early – OliveTree reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment is not met.
